Yes! Full-text RSS feeds make me very happy. Why? Because I can read them on the way home on the plane.

I agree with Robert.. I sat on a plane home from WWDC to Portland, and tried to catch up with my reading in NetNewsWire. And you know what, I couldn’t. I don’t seem to have subscribed to a lot of full feeds, but a lot of partial feeds. I still ended up with about 300 I couldn’t fully read until I had an internet connection. 
I only offer one feed, but most of my posts are the full text.
