A Great Article on Listening to your Customers

An Inc. writer meets the founder of JetBlue.

Found it from John’s post at inluminent.com.

I’d like to think Intuit also does a good job of listening to it’s customers.. I know we are trying hard in our group, I have a feeling I don’t see a lot of it because of me working remotely.

Hmmm.. maybe I can somehow keep in contact with our users through a weblog? All unofficially of course, I’m not speaking for my employer (in case Ed reads this some day). Heh heh heh.

Here’s my point

So, in regards my complaint about Down2Earth earlier tonight, Do me a favour.

Go read Steve Harrington’s March 7th sermon, and Bob Sander’s March 7th sermon. (note you might have to hunt around for Bob’s if you read this after about a week, as they don’t have a perma-link for it yet).

Tell me which one makes you think more, consider life and how you act in it. To me it’s Steve’s all the way.
