A quick shot from tonight – things are going great, we just never seem to have time to blog anymore.

I took a little video this afternoon on Maxine’s 9 month ‘birthday’ – in HD testing out a new pocket camera I got. Here’s the link, it’s too big to embed in the post.

Maxine and I took a hike today around the Empire Mine State Park in Grass Valley. I pushed her stroller so I guess you can say that I Hiked and Maxine got to sit back and relax in her cushy ride.

Maxine enjoyed her first baseball game tonight. She watched the Giants lose to the Brewers.

Today is Maxine’s 7th month birthday – here are a few picture of her tonight.

She is pretty fast when she wants to be.

I have been working on changes to Maxine’s Blog for the past couple of days and I now a new page for Photos.  There is currently only one Photo Album to view from the time that we were all in the Hospital for the actual birth. I am hoping to get a few more albums up in the next couple of weeks.

I have also changed the Theme of the blog and had to adjust several blog entries to fit in the new theme.  I am hoping to also get a few more blog entries written as Maxine has grown up a lot in the past couple of months.

After a long few days up at Lake Tahoe with both mum and dad sick, Maxine came home and surprised us tonight by starting to roll over:

Maxine is 4 months old today and she went to her 4 month baby wellness appointment today.  She is 16 lbs 6 oz and 26 inches long.  She is in the 90th percentile in terms of weight. The Doctor is not concerned about this.  The Doctor also says she is very healthy and can start on solid foods.

Right now she is fitting perfectly into 6 to 9 month clothes.  I have a feeling it won’t be long until she is in 9 month clothes, so keep this in mind if you buy her clothes for Christmas.

Also, please mark your calendars for Sunday, Aug 9, 2008 as we will be having a 1 year Birthday Party for her.  I mention this now as I know that some of you are already making summer plans.  :-)

This is the result of Jennifer taking Maxine to a Santa in Palm Springs yesterday. I guess Santa wasn’t very helpful, just held her and smiled.. Darn commercialism anyway.
